Temporary/Contracted Staffing
Using Drake Medox staff on a temporary basis is a very quick and convenient method for you to replace staff on sick leave, annual leave or to fill a gap while recruiting a permanent staff member. It is also a cost effective solution as we take care of all the advertising and hiring costs.
Our hourly rate schedules are fully inclusive of all employer related expenses including wages, payroll tax, superannuation, workcover, payroll and administration costs. The rates do vary according to the level of staff skills, qualifications and shifts worked. Please feel free to contact us for a precise quote depending on your requirements.
Staff may be utilised for only a few hours, or for several weeks or months, as required. To ensure that your last minute needs can be accommodated, we provide extended hours of service, from 0500 - 2230hrs 7 days a week.
Permanent Staffing
Our permanent recruitment service allows you to minimise the costly and time-consuming process of hiring new staff. We take care of any advertising, ad response, screening, interviewing and reference checking of candidates. Our computerised software testing programmes ensures that you are fully aware of the level of competency for any candidates with clerical responsibilities.
