Your consultant will work with you to place the contractor most suited to your needs and will monitor their progress and seek post assignment feedback from you. The need for flexible staffing can occur with little to no warning. To maintain your organisations profitability, Medox:

• Operates a 24x7 operations centre, allowing you to access staffing when you need it
• Will call you on the first and last day of the contract assignment to ensure your satisfaction
• Will respond within 30 minutes of your request for help on the same day and within 1 hour of a request for help on the following day

When selecting the right contractor for your needs, your Drake consultant will review Drake’s extensive database of contractors. Advertising in publications and via online job boards will also be undertaken when necessary and agreed by the client.
