Our client is seeking a highly skilled individual to under their National Head of Clinics role with the primary objectives to raise standards of patient care, clinical supervision, clinical training and clinic operations to a high level as measured by specific KPIs including patient return rate, financial metrics, patient feedback, student outcomes, supervisor satisfaction and other. To apply, the applicant MUST hold: - Min. Masters level qualification preferably obtained within Clinical Education and/or relevant modality;
- Bachelor level degree in Naturopathy, Musculoskeletal Therapy, Chinese Medicine or Homeopathy;
- Qualifications in multiple disciplines represented in any degrees represented by the Client;
- Min. 8 years clinical experience;
- Prior ownership or management of a clinic;
- Min. 5 years clinical education/supervision experience.
Skills & Experience required for the role include: - Knowledge of modality requirements for practice
- Clinical practice - both operations and patient care
- Demonstrated capacity to develop and maintain effective collaborative relationships and build alliances both within and external to the Department, the school and external to the College, including industry and the wider community
- Experience in developing clinical assessment tools
- Understanding of the unique issues regarding clinical training and assessment
- High level academic writing skills
- Demonstrated and proven commitment to high ethical, personal and professional standards in all aspects of leadership and work
- Capacity and demonstrated willingness to adopt a multi-disciplinary approach and work co-operatively with other organisational units and staff to achieve the College mission and objectives
- Extensive supervisory experience
- Ability to relate to and motivate staff
- Proven ability to successfully develop, manage and execute complex projects
This position is a 12 month fixed term contract with a review of extension for a further 2 years at the end of tenure, and, while the preferred location for the position is Melbourne, consideration would be given for location in Brisbane or Sydney to the right applicant.
