The company is an independent Christian charity looking for employees that are committed to the values of the same. They offer specialised care in the areas of dementia care, palliative care, rehabilitation, specialist mental health and aged care services organisation require a part time (4 days per week) learning and development consultant to develop, deliver and evaluate their L&D programs. This position requires some travel to sites to deliver training and to support managers but the position is based in Hamondville ,in Sydney's south west. In this role you will have responsibility for the aged care residential and at home services focusing on nursing team and managers. The role is one in which you will work collaboratively with with managers, ward staff, and allied health teams along with student nurses. Minimum requirements: Registered nurse with current AHPRA Cert IV in Training and Assessment Demonstarted ability to work with different management levels.
