1. Information on how to enter and prizes from part of these Conditions of Entry. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Conditions of Entry.
2. Entry is only open to Australian residents and overseas visitors who are registered with Drake International Inc. (Drake Medox) division. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process or for submitting an entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

The draw will take place at Drake Australia Pty Ltd, Level 40, 55 Collins Street, Melbourne VIC 3000 on 26/10/07 at 11:00am EST. Winners will be notified by mail and their names published in The Australian on 02/11/07. Judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Each time an existing Drake Medox candidate (“Referrer”) introduces a friend (“Referee”) to Drake Medox, and that Referee then registers (either in the nursing or homecare sector) with Drake Medox during the promotional period, and provides the details of the Referrer at the time that he/she registers, and that Referee then works 40 hours or more during the promotional period at a job/s referred by Drake Medox, then: (a) the Referrer will receive one entry into the Prize Draw; and (b) both the Referrer and the Referee will each receive a $50 Coles & Myer Group voucher (valid for 12 months from date of issue). The Referee must have worked 40 hours or more during the promotional period to qualify for the voucher. The Referrer may refer multiple Referees, and will receive one entry into the Prize Draw and one voucher for each Referee that qualifies. Each Referee may only nominate one Referrer.
8. The Promoter shall not be liable for any voucher that has been lost, stolen, damaged or tampered with in any way.

The first valid entry drawn will receive a trip to New Zealand for two (2) people for seven (7) nights, flying return economy class from the winner’s nearest capital city to Queenstown, New Zealand, including taxes and return coach transfers, accommodation at Rydges Queenstown and Avis car hire for seven (7) days. Standard room with full buffet breakfast & late check out are included. Spending money, additional meals, insurance, passports, visas, vaccinations, transport to and from departure point, items of a personal nature, in-room charges and all other ancillary costs are not included. Prize must be taken by 1/07/08 and is subject to booking and flight availability. During the entire duration of the prize, a nominated parent/guardian must accompany any person under 18 years of age.
