Friendship That Brings Rewards
We have a terrific range of healthcare jobs available and are always on the look out for qualified, talented and professional staff. We often find the very best source of new talent is from our nurses and carers introducing their friends to Drake Medox. This is why we introduced the Drake Medox Refer-a-Friend program.
Here's how it works… if you enjoy working for Drake Medox, tell your friends about your experience. If they do decide to sign up, you both receive a $50 retail voucher as a thank you from us.
Terms and Conditions
Both referrer and referred candidate are required to complete a minimum of 40 hours work with Drake Medox to receive the gift voucher. Vouchers are issued at the end of each month based on the number of hours worked in the preceding month. If a total of 40 hours have not been worked within the month, eligibility will again be re-assessed at the end of the next month.
Drake Medox Awards Excellence
Drake Medox is committed to delivering an outstanding service in health and community support. A big part of our success comes from the staff we employ. Every month, a select number of staff is nominated to receive the Drake Medox Certificate of Excellence. The award is designed to recognise individuals who consistently demonstrate exemplary and outstanding commitment to service. Each recipient receives a small personal gift from Drake Medox as a thank you, along with our Certificate of Excellence. This is just another way we reward and acknowledge our fantastic staff.
